TORP MARINEPARK

Torp Marinepark is a unique property connected to the sea via the river Glomma, it consists of 9000 m2 of commercial space and a land area of 143,000 m2. Torp Marine Park operates both rental of the commercial premises and property sales.

The controlling interest of the Torp Marine Park  is owned by Hydro Designs shareholders. The area is currently used for the production of fiberglass/composite structures for the offshore drilling industry and as a development and service center for Cormate. The service center includes indoor winter storage of Cormate customer boats.

The area is located between the cities of Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad and has a 635 m shore line, west facing with evening sun. Approximately 123,000 m2 site area is planned to be used for residential area and is for sale. It is planned about 150 mooring places reserved for the residential project.
